Meet Emily

Emily Cheera is a registered dietitian nutritionist with a fresh, realistic approach to wellness. As a prediabetes specialist, she empowers her readers and clients to embrace a healthy lifestyle they can enjoy for years to come. She holds a master’s degree in nutritional science, and her research has been published in the journal Personalized Medicine. Emily currently serves as Education Chair of the California Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics San Diego District.
